Berchidda in Jazz

Berchidda Live – a journey through the Time in Jazz archive collects and processes more than 1,500 hours of archive material filmed over 25 years by Gianfranco Cabiddu and his troupe in the various editions of Time in Jazz, a music festival created and directed by Paolo Fresu in his hometown of Berchidda, Sardinia. Mellara, Rossi and Cabiddu mixed these largely unpublished film materials to compose an enthralling concert film spanning almost 40 years, an interweaving of music and places, emotions and memories. A unique cinematic and musical experience, a precious testimony.
