In a suburban neighborhood of Bologna, “il Pilastro”, there is the first and last residents television of Italy, called “Teletorrel9”. It’s a microscopio network designed by a retired man, Gabriele Grandi, who has been producing and broadcasting all sori of tv shows since 2001, completely thought and made by residents, only for residents. Nevertheless, today Teletorrel 9 is struggling with a decreasing viewership: Grandi, and his heir apparent Ciccolella, as ali the business men do, have to fini a creative way to save their channel.
