Marco, a painter who decided to move out of the city
and live up in the hills near Parma, receives the visit of his wife Stefania, who left him two years earlier. On
that special day, made of ache and coming together, she suddenly reveals the reason for her visit.
She wants Marco to convince the man with whom she is having an affair to leave his wife.
The painter, hurt, accepts the request. All seems lost, but the day spent together has rekindled for Marco and Stefania a new light.
