Vivere non è un gioco da ragazzi
The 18-year-old Lele, a good boy of humble origins, attends high school with the children of the Bolognese elite. He is in love with Serena, beautiful, intelligent and perfect queen of the school. Invited by her one night at the club with her group of friends, Lele takes a pill of Mdma in order to impress her. Dragged into the world of nightclubs and drugs, Lele very soon runs out of money and, trying to going on hanging out with Serena, he finds himself buying pills in his neighborhood and selling them in the disco at twice the price. One night, however, he sells a pill to his friend Mirco, who is found dead the next day because of the drugs.
For Lele, convinced that he is the murderer of his friend and corroded by guilt, begins an ordeal of months that upsets his relationship with Pigi, his best friend, with Serena and with his parents. Even the rest of the group of friends, bound by a pact of silence aimed at preventing people from knowing that everyone was using drugs, are experiencing a deep crisis that leads each member to deal with the truth and their own inner ghosts.
