Vosot. A voice for hikikomori

Vosot is a 60-year-old man living in Tokyo. He has been a hikikomori (=isolated people) since he finished university. He has spent the last thirty-five years between periods of extreme isolation and moments of relative sociability. His story is one of dysfunctional family relationships, long escapes abroad, suicide attempts and a violent relationship with his psychiatrist. His life changes when he accepts himself and decides to help those like him by fighting to build a more inclusive society.
