The documentary tells the story of the Emilian capital up to the present day. The reconstruction of the time, the barbarian dominations, the extraordinary uniqueness such as the first university in the world, the liber paradisus and the demographic and economic growth of the mythical Bononia, narrated by Andrea Mingardi, ironic host together with well-known characters of the city, alternated by animations, films and historical drawings.
