Nino Migliori
The documentary goes through the main significant stylistic elements of Nino Migliori, the photographer from Bologna (1926). A life characterized by constant research and many projects that affirm the use of photography as art and experimentation.
The projects are revealed by Migliorini himself, in a first person narration, and through interviews, shootings in exterior and in studio, presenting the most famous images, such as ”Il tuffatore” exhibited at MoMA of New York, aa well as less famous ones. Stories of cities, of men, of memories that leave on the photographic paper the impression of their passage and best express the soul of our land.
The documentary is part of the Series Fotografia italiana.
Made by Visioni d’arte, with the contribution of the Bologna Film Library and collaboration of the Emilia-Romagna Region and Contrasto.
